Database creation, web integration, PHP and mySQL

MySQL Database design and Website integration in PHP For the webpage [login to view URL] (please see image 1) I would need a control panel (see image 3) where to administer articles (publish, edit and delete) for the following sections: National, international, journey proposal, adventure, gastronomy, family travel, formation, books, exclusive hotels and agenda. In the webpage [login to view URL] should appear a small summery of each article (the first lines of the article) and a photo with each text. (please see image2) Clicking on the title of the article the whole article opens with the corresponding photos. (see image 4) The design may still change! There should be a possibility to select the articles per month and year in each section. (see image 2) With each article there should be indicated the publication date and the autor (photographer). (see image 4) It should be possible only for registered persons to enter the control panel. (see image 3) The admin should be able to administrate the users. The main page does not include databases (image 1) but when clicking on the links just beneath the header a database generated page opens with the last 9 articles. (see image 2)
