Data Capture

I need individuals to source wholesalers in the United Kingdom. For the information capture I require the following data captured into either a CSV file or something, so I can include this in Excel. If you can supply an Excel file this will better:- (Note the ordering of the columns are important below) 1) Company Name 2) Address of company (commas must seperate each line for the address, but all be concatenated onto a single column. The postcode should also be included. 3) Postcode by itself 4) Summary description of the website. For example what does it do, what products does it sell. 5) Telephone Number (trade number first, if not then sales number) 6) Fax Number 7) Email Address (trade first, if not the sales, if not then some other if it exists) 8) Website Address. The quality of the data is of upmost important, and the entries must be wholesalers operating from the United Kingdom. Please specify bids in batches of wholesalers completed and the amounts in the batches. These must not be sourced via a wholesaler site and must be your own work! These wholesalers need to be unique to my own master list for inclusion and I will not accept duplicates of my list. As long as the majority aren't duplicates of the ones I have then I will accept these. I am looking to get this started as soon as possible, and there will be future work for the successful bidder(s). In this way, it will allow multiple people to work on this project and check against the possibility of duplicates to prevent these from being added. The way it will work is that you enter the web url in, click the check button, and it will tell you whether we already have the entry or not. There will be a button also to report statistics on the amount that you have captured into the system. Please can you let me know if this is acceptable and whether this affects the bids that you have made. If you can just reconfirm your bids, this will allow me to process these quicker.
