Data Capture/Entry into excel spreadsheet

Hi I am looking for some help with a data capture/data entry job that I need doing. The job consists of manually extracting data from a web site <[login to view URL]> and entering details of one years worth of racing results into an excel spreadsheet. The results can be found on the site and I will provide a list of courses from where the results are required etc. Please see the xls sheet. I have created an example xls attached where the columns are defined. The idea is to record every race from every horse racing course and further record the price of the winning horse. In addition an extra column has to be completed where it is noted how many horses were running at prices above prices we have quoted in the xls. If there are queries please ask and please se the attached xls for an example of the spreadsheet. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
