Create website for new web hosting provider from provided template.

I am looking for a coder who can produce a website for 2 new hosting providers. I already have a template from [login to view URL] that is compatible with WHMCS. There will be 2 websites with the same information/template, just different domains and logos. Coder will: 1. Create logos for [login to view URL] (Distinguished Hosting) and [login to view URL] (Quickest Response Hosting Division). 2. Create basic terms of service based on that of the provider I am reselling. 3. Create about us, contact, and any other pages as shown in template. 4. Upload to servers and ensure that the WHMCS integration is working properly. I would like these sites up as soon as possible, and will be selecting a coder well before bidding deadline ends. Template is from [login to view URL] and already has WHMCS integration. zip file will be provided to accepted worker and contains html, psd files, and an instruction sheet.
