American Accented Customer Supporter Wanted

Hi, I am looking for an American accented customer supporter to attend to customer telephone calls for this website [login to view URL] which sells SAP R/3 training videos. The scope of the work to be done is as follows :- A) To attend to 50 telephone calls from customers for a one month period and explain to them about the products sold on [login to view URL] B) If you have attended to 50 calls even before the 1 month period, then this project can be considered as completed. C) If the one month expiry period has arrived before you could attend to 50 calls then the project is also considered as completed. D) You must record the phone calls using the call recorder in your cell phone and submit it to me. Please take note of the following :- 1) You must agree to display your cell phone number on our website as the customer support phone number. 2) You must have an USA cell phone number with voicemail support. 3) Your voice must be a clear American accent. To confirm your voice quality, please record your voice by reading the first 2 lines of this project description and send it to me. 4) If you cant answer certain customer questions, you have to take note of it and get the answer from us and call the customer back and provide him the answer. 5) If you do a good job i will use your service for a longer term. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
