Affiliate Manager Needed for a Proven Infoproduct

I need to hire an affiliate manager to recruit affiliates/JV partners and manage affiliate program for my website. The product I sell is an ebook that sells on Clickbank, which means it will do most of the management for you. The product sells for $40, give 75% commission to affiliates, the conversion rate is around 1.5%. But It is the best converting product in the market. I tested and tweaked it for last several months. My product will convert and works. It's a huge market but there is not really good information product out there yet. I have also created some affiliate resource pages. It shouldn't be hard to do this project. Here is my offer: I'm offering you 10% commission from the sales. After clickbank fees each sales will net around $36. So you will net around $3.60 USD for each sales made from affiliates that you recruit. Don't worry I don't have any affiliate now and for every sales generated by ANY affiliate you will get $3.60 USD. I will show you Clickbank report every week in case you don't trust me;-) I could also offer you a fixed amount of dollars for every affiliate you recruit. (Ex: $100 for 50 affiliates) Requirements: 1) Give each potential affiliate an unique and compelling offer to join the program 2) You will have to come up with convincing offers. And Each offer must be unique to each individuals/company. I will provide you a sample template. 3) I have a software that finds potential super affiliates and their contact information, using keywords relating to my market. 4) You must communicate with all affiliates. Answer questions from affiliates. (I will handle customers) 5) If you decide to quit, I'll stop giving you the commission. 6) You Must have either experience or knowledge in affiliate marketing.
