ColdFusion help to complete CRM application

I have a basic CRM application used by my in-house sales team to manage their leads. I need certain functionality added to it. Basic overview of functions needed: 1. Record a sale - create a sale record for 1 of 6 products that we offer, each one has a different pricing structure. [login to view URL] accounts/contacts - method for uploading and inserting a csv file from the web app. 3. Email campaign management - we do marketing campaigns to the contacts and I need an efficient way to track the responses as well as which campaigns a user has been a part of. 4. Add an interest level (1-6) for each of the six products we offer. 5. There is no management capability, searches are limited to records assigned to the territory of the user, there is no user setup to be able to perform management of the database. I need consulting on this part 6. Inventory management - when a sale is made, there needs to be an inventory management system that accounts for the sale. Also need to be able to update the totals, record when new products come in. There will be a few more features that will be added later I'm sure. I will work with the chosen programmer very closely to familiarize them with the system before we start work. I would rather hire a company rather than an individual programmer but I will consider all bids. There may possibly be programming needed in the future as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
