CMS upgrade

Changes will be made to current CMS: 1- Property type will be divided to two parts, main type which will consist of 4 arch types (Residential, Commercial, Land, Projects) and sub-types. Sub types will be conditioned to the arch type, and should be able to add new sub types later on. 2- In the website there is 4 pages, each assign to one arch type, when visitor goes to the arch type page the advanced search engine should only show the records that are assign to that arch type. An example should be like this: Visitor clicks on residential page, and in that page the advanced search engine should only show from a drop down menu the sub-type listing. In this case (house, flat, villas, etc). 3- In main page the advanced search should have 2 additional drop downs, 1 for arch type, once an arch type chosen, second drop down displays the conditioned sub types. No bids above 100$
