C++ programming (Handwriting analysis algorithm)

ATTENTION C++ programmers. Here is a challenging and rewarding project. I need an application to analyze handwriting samples. It will accept a scanned handwriting image (bmp, jpeg format), analyze it by looking at the black/white pixels on the sample page/image and calculate several statistics. The statistics are average letter size, slant of letters, number of words on the page etc… Attached document lists all the statistics I am looking for. Please note, it is a handwriting analysis software, NOT a recognition software. I need a DLL from you. We will build a web based front end to it. I had a previous programmer working on it. He left it in the middle. I already have some source code, a built DLL and exe that works. It calculates few statistics. You can use that or build from scratch. Doesn’t matter. I WILL BE SELECTING SOMEONE IN ONE WEEK’S TIME. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR OR MY TIME. BID ONLY IF YOU ARE 100% SURE THAT YOU CAN DO IT AND DO IT WELL. If you can’t deliver, I will cancel the contract right away. If you deliver the goods, you will get more and much bigger projects. It’s not a big project, but definitely complex. > I prefer individuals or small teams than companies. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
