C++ programmer needed to debug game server...

I have an EQ EMU server which is fairly stable for the most part, the game just entered open beta and we are getting a lot of minor bug reports which I do not have time to fix anymore... This project involves logging into a remote desktop server which has visual c++ .net. Then testing with the game client (which I will provide). There is a project manager which will collect bugs and pass them along to you, and you will work on them. I'm hoping to have all bugs smoothed over within 1 week so the game will be ready for release, but if it takes longer this is not a big deal... The game is an MMORPG, I and the project manager will be available to train the coder about how the game works, terminoligy, and detailed specifics about bugs and what should be done to make them work correctly, etc... I am also fairly well versed with the code and I know where most things are so I can direct you to the proper place to investigate bugs and fix... There are currently 8-10 bugs that require fixing and most if not all are simple output packets that need to be fixed, adjusted, etc... I can also help with some of the bugs, etc... If you do good work in a timely fasion we will create more projects for you for this server and possibly work out a weekly payment for work plan. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Visual C++ .net 2003
