325795 Simple Template Creator

Hello there, I'm looking for a VERY simple html generator with a simple WYSIWYG interface that will automatically resize photos. This can be PHP and ran on my webserver or a simple java, visual basic, C++, etc, etc, that I can run on my machine. Your choice, I know this would take an experienced programmer no time at all to build. Title Description Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 The pic fields need to be browse buttons and need to resize to my specifications (a field to specify size would work, or my ability to specify each size via an ini file would work). Basically I want to enter a title, description, select the 3 pics from my hard drive and then have it resized. It will need to reference a template file that I supply (html format) and auto populate using call tags. Such as with php, I would enter $title and it would input the title. Finally, it would need to output the html generated from the template in raw text, a save button on this would be nice too, but isn't required. Thank you for your time!
