Developing exe file to combine 2 program

I need a program to combine 2 programs (AVS DVD player and Pedable) in to one exe file which I can give to my client, who will then give it to his customers for installing these programs. We will have about 10 days to deliver the program. One of my clients is looking at getting a software DVD player program (branding under his company name) which can operate through foot pedal for Rewind(left), Play/Pause (center) & Fast Forward(right). He wants following operations. a. Left button - Rewind ( 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x....) b. Center - Play / Pause c. Right - Fast Forward ( 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x....) d. Center+Ledt - fast forward by x increment (like 10 seconds) there should be provision to change x - 10 / 20 / 30 seconds e. Center + Right - fast rewind by x increment (like 10 seconds) there should be provision to change x - 10 / 20 / 30 seconds f. There should be provision to issue licence key for user. Let me know time frame and cost to do this. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
