C++ Debug: Geometric software library debug single issue, need new pair of eyes

Synopsis: We have identified one particular bug in an open source project on sourceforge. The project transforms 3D geometric formats. One particular type of geometric input causes incorrect output. All source code is available from the open source site. Full doxygen class documentation is also avaialbe within the sourceforge package. We will supply sample input data and detailed bug behavior descriptions to the coder. Bidders or potential bidders sending messages to this bid will be told the actual sourceforge project website details. We urgently need a work-around to this particular bug. Prerequisites: Visual Studio 2005 C++ Compiler, Windows XP Skills: Strong C++ programming experience, 3D Geometry helpful Background: We have an application which uses the sourceforge 3D geometric software library, where we have found this issue. We have now isolated it to a simple input file case using purely the opensource code base. We urgently need help finding the cause of this bug and some work-around even if the bug itself cannot easily be fixed.
