Bot for Pastebin

I'm looking for a programmer for this project. Here are the specs: I'm not concerned what language the following program is written in (best wopuld be c++ or c#), as long as it works well... I need a program that will automaticly post several things on pastebin. I need to set settings as I want like posting time (ex. every minute, hour) for each posting the title can be rotating based on a txt,file or paste field, also the text for pastebin itself. The program needs to support proxies and should be able to change them by time ([login to view URL] 10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc). At least it has to support a program like "captcha sniper" to fill the captchas out. You will it on the net. As you see the program needs to work absolutely by itself. The software should be valid for atleast 6 months. During the period of 6 months, you'll be responsible for all updates/patches. We will own the rights of the software. We don't wanna find it on the web!
