Audio App for Mobile Phones

We are in need of a programmer that can deliver an audio editor that will be mobile based. The solution can work one of two ways or both.

First, the user would be able to download a mobile app to their phone that would allow them to create audio clips from the files stored on their mobile devices. This would be done on their device and should be used for most devices especially Blackberry, iPhone and Palm.

The second solution could be a mobile website that would allow the user to upload audio from their mobile device, edit on the site from their device, then download the edited clip to their device.

The solution should provide for editing and saving of MP3, AAC, WMA and other popular audio file formats. Because this is a serious project, it will need a serious team so your RAC history will need to be solid and will be checked. You may also be asked to submit samples of your previous works. If you do not feel you qualify, please do not bid on this project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
