Asterisk configuration (fax service)

I am looking for a developer that has experience integrating Asterisk. I am looking to create an online fax service similar to the many popular existing services out there (efax, etc). The only task of this project is to install and configure Asterisk to send / receive a fax with a single port / phone number. I would prefer a simple web interface. This interface is primarily intended to showcase the functionality (send/receive fax). I do not need a design or any other coding. I only want a simple bare bone configuration / web page that I can do some tests with. Following some tests I will prepare a NEW project for the full application (web/desktop software/etc). Again, right now I only need Asterisk configured to send and receive a fax through a single, generic web page. This would be on a linux server (Centos 5)
