Auto Embeder

I need a small program that will embed files like the attachment that I have added into an html page without going through too many steps. I want to be able to click the folder that holds the files and then click the place in the source page where I want the shockwave flash file to show up (buttons, video and audio). Also, I need to be able to install the file into a source page of an html ebook which means that there is no server to upload the files to for streaming. The primary use of this program will be to install these type of files into ebooks written in html before they are compiled that will be distributed on jump drives, CD's, DVD's, etc.... The program should have an install & uninstall feature, clean interface and a help file and I will require a Demo on your server or a demo that will expire after a couple of uses. I will also require all source codes, copyrights and will need to work with you on future updates for this project. If it is allowed, I can send you a copy of the software which I have resell rights to, so that you can generate files to test your program development. The file which I have attached has an example html page in it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 and up.
