c# forum with code - .net 3.5

I am looking to have a C# forum built. Most simply, I would want it to be? a simplified version of PHPBB? but to be coded entirely in C# and to be reasonably well documented. It must run on SQLExpress. All code that should come uncompiled and I must have all rights to resell or use it however I choose. I do not need user management tools made but it must work with .Net Membership and Roles where applicable. In addition to SQL incremental ids, all forum ids must save a unique GUID. The layout should be simple and should be manageable by CSS with no tables. I would prefer to communicate and work with the developer to confirm what it is that I want created. ## Deliverables I must see and approve requirements and would like to have communication with the programmer(s) throughout the project's development. It is important that code is object oriented and documented appropriately.
