asp.net application with multi language support

HI All, I need to develop asp.net application using c#. This application should support all international languages supported by windows XP (Microsoft). Mainly I am interested in Indian languages like telugu,hindi etc. In the login screen If user selects Telugu then whole web site should be displayed in telugu language. If user enters the content in form (textbox) it should appear in telugu language [login to view URL] they will enter telugu input using english keyboard? Do they need some software (like <[login to view URL]>) on their machine? So I need someone to develop some sample asp.net,c# web application which should contain add/edit/search functionality. Data should be displayed in datagrid. Database is sql server [login to view URL] can take some sample functionality as department master. DeptID,departmentName,DeptDescription,status are fields. In initial screen user should have option to choose language. Entire content including interface,textbox contents,datagrid content should be displayed in that user choosen language.
