Developer to build App to like facebook pages

Looking for a Facebook API expert to build app to like different facebook pages on a website using ASP in exchange for credits. 1st part: Adding the facebook pages to the website -The facebook pages will be added from users who register to the website, and can also be added by the admin. -The user should be able to determine how many credits to offer for people liking his entry -The user should be able to list keywords and geo-location related to his page. Only users who are seeking these keywords or -are from these geo-locations can like the page. -The fan page can be added only once on the website (error message should show if it's been already added) -The fan page can be removed when the users chooses to remove it -There should be a counter that displays how many time the page was liked on the website 2nd part: Liking the facebook fan page on the website -Users should be able to link their facebook account to the website. Only one facebook account can be linked per website account. They can unlink the account if they choose to but they can't link it to another website account. -When the fan page is liked, points should be credited to the user (depending on how much the poster is giving) -The user can only like the page once. The website should store in memory which pages the user liked, and not display a page after it's been liked -History section that will display the user activity, which pages the user liked, and who liked his/her posted pages. -When a page is liked, it should fade, and another page should get displayed in its place. -The fan page entry will have the following: +Page picture +Title +Brief about section about the page +Keywords related to the page +Like button which will add the user to the facebook page fan base +How many credits will be credited should be displayed +A skip button which will skip the page See the Project clarification board for more details. 50% Partial release for each part done.
