Custom Software/Web Application/Web Site

I am looking for a custom software/Web app/web site for users to be able to post real estate listings to the following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The software should have the following functionalities: Users should be able to save their log in details for each of the sites User should be able to compose a listing and select which sites the listing will be posted to. users will be able to select from a number of listing fields such as furnished/unfurnished, central heating, broadband etc. Please view a listing on each of the sites to understand what I am talking about. Users should be able to upload multiple pictures in order (looking for the same upload functionality as myspace's upload feature) Users should be able to schedule adverts to post, deactivate and update on a site by site, listing by listing basis. Users should have the ability to post one listing directly after publishing or activating a previous listing EVEN if the last listing is still uploading (i.e. queue listings) Users should be able to check their listing statistics (views, clicks etc) via the software. Users should have the option to Upgrade their software to a version that will include the ability to post to their own site. This will require an ongoing business relationship between my company and the successful service provider so please only bid if you are looking for a long term relationship. Please study the above sites and bid with a pm only when you have fully understood the functionalities. please include relevant LIVE examples of similar work (nothing p****s us buyers off more than being given a list of urls to dead sites or receiving pms that are a copy and paste effort!) Am very open to advice and recommendations if you think you have an easier solution.
