Convert Shopping Cart System

I need my website switched from InstanteStore shopping cart to X-Cart. I need you to make sure the design, theme and other images/graphics are carried over into the new system also. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] website currently uses instantestore shopping cart system, I do NOT have control panel for ftp access to this system, but I have FULL export abilities (except for images) which should make importing easy in new shopping cart. I want to switch over to X-Cart and make sure my design and layout are carried over also. I basically want a hands free transition. With exporting products, importing and bringing the site design over to the new shopping cart shouldnt be a big task for an experienced coder. ## Platform php, html, windows...etc
