Convert ASP Script to PHP

We need someone to convert a fairly complex ASP script in to PHP. The ASP script is something we sell as a product and we now want to create a PHP version to add to our successful ASP script. We need the project done quickly (final delivery within 1 week of bid acceptance) and the script needs to be written to good coding standards (commented, proper structure) and be efficient.
