Clone website design (ASP .NET master pages, and user controls)

I'm looking for having a design which is similar to the design of [login to view URL] system. You will have to visit the site and register for a trial. After that I want to have a masterpages and user controls and pages for selected items in the web application, such as create a new account page, account details page, and accounts homepage. You can download the site CSS and clone the html as it's very easy to reach this things when you register for a free trial. I will need the same design exactly, so I'm looking for someone who can copy the design from the source, not to re-design it. There is some CSS for ie9 so try to browse the website from ie9 which is the most important browser for me.
