Clone a Business Directory

Hello, I need an exact clone of [login to view URL] . I have atleast 70% source plus MS SQL 2005 DB. All front end and user features will be exact the same. You can register to see user features or I can provide it to you. The only different is using USA address format instead of UK. Website admin will have all features to control frontend and user features. I need coder good in .NET, MS SQL 2005, Ajax, Google Map to do this project.
