Classifieds clone script & menu bars.

I want a script similar or exactly like this. [login to view URL] I want it installed, color changed and the price field changed to age, a few other fields deleted & a menu bar added. Creating custom website is unnecessary. Script like the one above addon or plugin are all acceptable as long as the site works properly. Cost must be kept to a minimum. I need a menu bar on another site. The menu bar will go in Banner advertisment area I need 2 url links bars on that same site. This should be a low cost project & have a quick delivery time. If any more clarification is needed please let me no.
