Here you will see a rough draft of what we are trying to accomplish. In detail this is how the website will function. It is a chat service that we offer. 1. Someone will log into the site and decide to chat with one of our hosts. 2. Our client must acquire a user name by filling out a form asking for minimal information ie: name, email address, username, etc... (see the "sign up" page on the site). Once they fill out this form we will send them a password to the email address they provide to us. Once they have this password they are able to access our chat feature. 3. In order to chat we must somehow secure a payment with a credit card. Here we will need you to set up a way to process payments. Perhaps through your experience you can recommend a source of payment, ie: paypal, a bank, etc... 4. Once we secure the payment the client must agree to our terms/conditions and house rules. 5. Once they agree to terms/conditions and house rules they complete a small form asking them for the topic of their chat. 6. After completing the form they are put in a holding area where only our hosts can see the topic of their chat. From here our hosts will invite them into a private chat. 7. Inside the chat room will be a clock that can be seen by both the host (us) and the client. The chat begins. 8. My hosts will be able to sign into the website with a username and password that will allow them to access the chat holding area and chat with a client. They will be able to invite a client into a private chat room. 9. Our clients will be charged by the minute and we would like to secure/hold a certain amount of $$ on their credit card before we chat with them and actually charge the credit card after the chat is completed.
