Small but effective company seeks the following integrated system: - Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) - Marketing Campaign Manager (for newsletters, events, emails) - "Deal/Sales Tracking" by referrer, customer, BDM, Consultant, etc... - Process Database - ie some financial tracking - Business Reports - ie sales by consultant, by product etc. - Knowledge Managment - repository of templates, business processes - Training - online training courses (developed by the company) - Business Management - employee (HR) info, IT information, financial etc - External portals (total of 4) so that customers can log in and check where there order/process is up to. The applications needs to work across an Intranet with an interface to www site. The solution may be distirbuted in browser format (ASP) or a dedicated application. More details/specifications will be given to bidders who provide examples of systems they believe are capable of meeting this criteria (although customisation will obviously be required). If you can't understand the concepts above then you probably aren't in a position to bid on this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
