Browser Frame w/ button links and file storage...

This is gonna be a site that will allow a user to login, once they login there will be buttons (about 25 of them) leading them to different sites. I've attached a PDF file of the layout. The frame in the middle will be where the sites load up, it needs to be resizable so that the user of the site can maximize the frame so just the outside border of buttons are shown, and then minimized to appear how it is in the pdf. The users will be able to eventually pay to upgrade their account. then they will be able to customize *some* of the buttons. Passwords should also be stored automatically, when the user goes to ebay and fills in thier password the software will restore their user and password into the boxes when they log back in and go to ebay, etc... Super admin should have access to each button. Minor details will be required to be implemented also. Such as auto naming buttons. For example if you assign a button to go to [login to view URL] it will be labeled Ebay (remove the front and teh end and leave just the domain without the TLD). My Files, My Tunes, and MY Pictures are all file areas that are to be stored on the server so the user can load his files wherever he is... Should be able to drag in drop if possible, otherwise just an upload utilty... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform whatever platform will work best.
