Add functionality to online legal SAAS site

We have an existing SAAS legal site that we would like to add some functionality to. To be specific, we are looking to make some additions to our editor system. The site is developed in C#/.NET w/ SQL Server. We actually have a fair number of other enhancements/mods that we are looking at doing if this project is successful. ## Deliverables I am attaching a document that my biz partner and I were collaborating on when working out the requirements.
