ASP Programmer Needed
Experienced ASP programmer needed to help develop the action center of our website, where someone can mail or email selected persons to encourage them to act on issues.
Specifics of the project:
- Code must be written in ASP (using JMail for online email)
- Information must be written to an Access Database.
- Allow people to select the people that they want to contact from a list that is automatically generated from a database.
- When the user chooses to generate a print letter, an individual letter will be automatically generated for each individual recipient, and only that recipient’s information will be shown on the letter (in the to field). Additionally, each letter may or may not have people who are CC’d, and who will need to have a letter generated for them with their name highlighted in the CC field.
- When the user chooses to generate a email, an individual letter will be automatically generated for each individual recipient, and only that recipient’s information will be shown on the letter (in the to field).
- There must be an unlimited amount of recipients (and CC recipients) that are able to be added.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Server is running Windows.
Final product must be fully functional on all browsers, including Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, and Opera.
