ASP time date range difference project

I require an ASP Function. The Function will be passed a Start Time, End Time, CurTime and Gap. The Start Time and End Time may or may not past midnight and the Gap will be a number. The function will return an output that can be used with a listbox. The example below was passed the following: StartTime = "18:00" EndTime = "22:00" CurTime = "19:25" Gap = "20" Return: <OPTION Value="19:45" SELECTED>7:45pm <OPTION Value="20:00">8:00pm <OPTION Value="20:20">8:20pm <OPTION Value="20:40">8:40pm <OPTION Value="21:00">9:00pm <OPTION Value="21:20">9:20pm <OPTION Value="21:40">9:40pm <OPTION Value="22:00">10:00pm This then gets more complex if the End Time is after midnight for example: StartTime = "18:00" EndTime = "01:00" CurTime = "22:55" Gap = "20" Return: <OPTION Value="23:15" SELECTED>11:15pm <OPTION Value="23:20">11:20pm <OPTION Value="23:40">11:40pm <OPTION Value="00:00">Midnight <OPTION Value="00:20">12:20am <OPTION Value="00:40">12:40am <OPTION Value="01:00">1:00am It also needs to cope with the following: StartTime = "18:00" EndTime = "02:30" CurTime = "01:05" Gap = "20" Return: <OPTION Value="01:25" SELECTED>01:25am <OPTION Value="01:40">1:40am <OPTION Value="02:00">2:00am <OPTION Value="02:20">2:20am If the CurTime is greater then then EndTime then the function should return "PASSEDENDTIME". If the CurTime is less then StartTime then it should return the populated <OPTION ...> from the StartTime to the EndTime. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
