ASP.net SQL XML Expert needed ASAP

I have a few changes i need to a custom cms site. This will require some changes on the admin tool as well as the way some of the pages operate. (last coder quit today so this is a repost) Briefly here is what we are doing: -there is a home page for a division on the site that we need to add a flash image to, you are only inserting a swf here into dept the homepage -In the product images on the site we need to have some thumbnails of product images added to be shown next to the primary product image that is already there. Then when the user rollover the thumbnail we will swap to the thumbnail image in the primary image location. We should use javascript or some dhtml here, and if you want to be fancy we can make some javascript transition effect like a fade. So instead of just 1 image like they have now we will have 1 large image plus 3-5 smaller images that swap with the big image. The site is in asp.net and backend if also .net the db is sql, from what we know about the system the page content is actually loaded by xml, not real sure here. We are willing to pay more for experts here so just post your qualifications and then we will send the web link and some more details for you to make a good bid. We cannot give source code until the project begins, and we did setup the site on a beta server for you to work on already.
