ASP.NET developer needed

I am looking for an ASP.NET developer to help me co-develop on a project and for continual work. Currently the project is to create a prayer chain application. Details: I want to create something that the English speaking Campus Crusade staff, donors and volunteers around the world can participate in. The page will need to automatically adjust the prayer grid based on the visitor’s time zone. I want the visitor to be able to see which times are covered and which are not. It would be nice if the visitor could click or hover over a time and see the first names of the folks who are praying during that time. The grid is 1 through 30 days of the month. The prayer times are one hour and they begin at midnight and end at 11 pm. The visitor will need to be able to pick a time, change their time and enter their first name and email address. They will also need a way to contact us. I want an email sent to the participant, I’m thinking, 12 hours before their scheduled prayer time each month. The email will remind them of their prayer time and also contain prayer information. I need someone to assist with development on this and other projects so you bid will be for a weekly pay.
