Create a WordPress YouTube plugin

Build a WordPress Plugin that gets targeted videos from Youtube and posts them, the plugin should have options that enable the user to enter SEO related details, meta tags and URL's that link with the particular video-while there are a few such plugins currently available, the free ones do not work very well and break often. This plugin should be able to post multiple videos from various channels and playlists. The amount of videos, and the rate of posting should be adjustable, also Topics and subjects would be entered to control the type of videos acquired. The whole idea of this plugin is to be able to populate a Wordpress site with particular types of videos, and maximize the SEO benefits of the YouTube links. The plugin should have no difficulty getting the videos from YouTube.
