Carriers zone and checkout fixing for real.

URGENT: I need to fix my carriers in Prestashop this is the exact list: For France from 0 € to 80 € max 1 kg carriage price is 10 € from 80 € to 150 € max 1 kg carriage price is 5 € from 150 € and up max 1 kg carriage it's free More than 1 kg carriage price is 10 € with increment for each addictional kg (starting from 1,1 kg) of 0.50 € cents with a maximum of 30 KG total. For Spain For shipping baskets of minimum 50 € and until 10 Kg carrier it's free after 10 kg it follow standard prices I have also modules installed to check for free carriage et COD to check if they work right. I need this very urgently, i will ONLY pay by hour with verified schedule and AFTER TESTING the finished work together, i will not use anymore the Milestone, to make favours i was not serviced in the past with that.
