AUTHOR PLUGIN FOR WORDPRESS

We are looking to hire a single developer who is a php wordpress expert to develop this plug in for us quickly and professionally. This is a test job as we wish to establish good long term relationships with competent individual developers. No agencies or companies please!! If you've been invited, you wil have priority in selection. Below is a description of the Author Quota system we would like built. ADMIN AREA 1 - with each author in Alphabetical order by first name. (But should display full name after first name) 2 - Next to their name an area to input QUOTA. 3 - Next to their name a column with the number of articles written that were under 300 words. 4. On hover of an author's name, a list of ALL previous months should be displayed. 5. On the hover popup, display the TOTAL posts an author should have written as well as their ACTUAL total. Example:     name      input     current quota   Word Count under 300   Word Count under 300 last month   Final Article Count under last months quota James Jo   (Text Box) -       100               7                          12                                   17 Mell Harp  (Text Box) -        80               6                           9                                   15 Where the (text box) allows the admin to update/change the quota.. But the previous months quota is stored as final once the month is over. Each months new quota would start as the same as their previous month. USER 1. When an author logs into wp-admin the admin bar at the top should say "Quota This Month: X of XXX" GENERAL 1. Wordpress coding standards should be followed. 2. The interface must fit in with the wordpress admin panel stylistically. "REMINDER: UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED ONLY INDIVIDUAL CODERS WHO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WILL BE CONSIDERED"
