We are looking for a freelancer/contractor for a project to get content in & out from PDF document. Need to get content layer & physical layer out from PDF document

for example a PDF document contains some text/images & tables, also this document has tags (p, table, th, td, h1). Application should separate the content and tag from the PDF document and import it back after modification being done outside.

If you have experience in PDF App/plug in development, we would like to talk to you.
