Ad Order Entry - Customer Management System - Database

I need a Ad Order Entry / Customer Management System - Database system to be created from scratch or modified from an existing system for a print newspaper business. The system is to be able to handle taking and inputting orders ( over the phone or email ads ) for classified line ads and display business advertisements to be published in a classified newspaper. The information includes, Name Address contact nr. email. info for the actual classified line advertisement or for the display business ad. the ads will have photos or a created image ad for a business so storage of photos or image files for the ads is necessary. the system is to have the various ads type and sizes and their individual prices and to be able to choose the price for the ad placed. the ads will be paid for by credit card or by check so a merchant systems to accept all forms of credit cards so a .payment system is needed. must also have detailed reporting abilities.
