Develop a Mac Application -- 2

This project will be used by a team of Realtors for private use. We are a team of 3 professionals looking to be able to organize data that we collect on homes in specific geographic locations. The interface will allow the user to view a map, click to select a specific address, add specific data photos and files regarding the address. The same view must also allow a search function to filter the info on each address. For example, I should be able to view the map page, choose one address on the map, add information that I just learned about the address, add a picture of the address and then save it and make it available to all users on the app. Then, I should be able to (from the same page) start a search and be able to search all of the entries by each criteria entered. A second function the interface should allow is to export all the properties or certain properties narrowed by the search option to be exported in CSV format. It should look something like the attached photo, it does not have to be an exact match, but this type and look of the user interface would work well. Important things to note: 1. No I do not have a wire framework and no I will not be creating one, we can work on that together once you are awarded the project. 2. I DO NOT want the app to be available in the app store. Or atleast not at this time. That my be a possibility in the future. 3. This is NOT an app to search for homes for sale. This is an app that allows users to enter their own data about any home and then search for homes they have entered by the criteria 4. We should have an administrator that can add and delete users Specified OS: Must be an application for the iPad Universal Platform: No Development of graphic design and UI elements: I need them built as part of this project. Additional comments: It would be good to have ongoing support for the application/website as we will likely be adding functions and making changes for efficiency.
