Develop a Mac Application

Server client application similar to [login to view URL] to manage an internet cafe with apple iMac computers. The main server needs to be able to set time limits and generate a passcode that is given to a customer to access the iMac. Application needs to be native with 1 server allowing multiple clients to connect. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is not a web application. This is a native OS X application that controls access to all computers connected to the server, allowing access to specific applications for a passcode.
