First of all, I'm not professional nutritionists, but I know a lot about food. Honestly, creating a diet is actually very simple, and all those nutrition experts are making rocket science of it because they need to earn money from their job.
Everything we need to do is to find appropriate food and determine required amount of it, in order to adjust intake of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as vitamins and minerals. Sounds simple, and it is simple, trust me.
It would be nice if you could take some blood analysis, so we can accurately track our progress. I made diet plans for my family, and got them solved some problems with high cholesterol and stuff.
Only problem when you want to eat healthy is the taste of the food. In most of the cases, healthy food is not tasty. I have solved this by adding 1 junk meal (or day) a week.
So, If you want some practical advices based on personal experience, accept my bid.
