Contract Processing Software

We are looking to customise current software to accommodate new contract requirements.
The software will perform as follows:
1. User fills in an application form for the contract and attaches required documentation
2. The Contract is created and can be printed or emailed to client
The Contract Module to create contracts and orders including:
• Select contract type
• Select contract conditions from predefined list of conditions, volumes, payment terms
• Form the contract, using conditions chosen by user using rules
• Email contract to client
• Unload contract to external client’s system
We have all the necessary documentation and workflow already done. Please include the following information in your reply:
a) Previous .Net experience, Native MVC5 experience
b) Cost and timeframe
d) Any other information deemed to be beneficial to the project
