Add a Novell DOS 7.0 Network to a Windows XP Pro Network

Hi Our company has an old Novell DOS 7.0 network with a huge customized software package. In the future we need internet information in this network so we need to combine this net with our second network Windows XP Pro. We also need to backup the Novell DOS 7.0 Server Data onto an XP Workstation. From here the XP Server will do the automatic backup. We are looking for someone that can give us a step to step description how a Novell DOS 7.0 Network can be connected to a Windows XP Network. We will set up a new Novell DOS 7.0 workstation that is connected to both networks and follow every step that you tell us.
