We have got 100 windows active directory user's. Key Requirements of Self service Active Directory Password Reset is

Mandate the user's to answer few questions during first time login to the O/S using active directory User ID.

Whenever the user forgets the active directory login password, the O/S should Promopt the user to answer the questions.

Based on the Right answers the O/S should allow the user to reset the password by entering new password and Confirming the same. USer can login to the O/S.

Out of 100 USers 50 of them have windows XP and Others have Windows 7 this requirement must also consider Client Desktop O/S too as it's O/S based solution
