Add Subscribe functionality to an Emagcreator.com flipbook

Need a form page so visitor has to subscribe first before viewing online magazine. The magazine is housed on [login to view URL] so there may be limitations with their proprietary platform. I need readers to subscribe by creating a username and giving email address and other information. They also have to validate their email, meaning confirm it by replying to an email that we send them automatically when they subscribe. Need to be able to collect that information and possibly manage it. If you can make this work in conjunction with an 3rd party email company such as mail chimp, etc., that is fine. Or if data can simply be converted to an excel file, that is fine as well. Each time the visitor comes back they have to sign in with their username and email address.
