I Require an application to be programmed that is simmilar to the following applications with all the same features:

I require both a panic button for Armed Response and Medical Panic with the same features as below.

I need the app to do all of the features above but the key features are:

1) Fast location fix via gps or mobile network - needs to be extremely fast and work on all network signals.

2) Sms needs to be sent to specified number(hard coded)- and 3 other emergency contacts(user supplied) text says "Help I'm in danger my location is longitude: xx and latitude: xx and google map link.

3) GPS live tracking of mobile device (in application)

3) Needs to take a photo and a selfie when alarm is created.

4) Needs to record 5 sec of voice message when panic is created

5) Needs to record 5 sec video clip when panic is created.

6) Requires a responder version of application (which shows active panics in a geographical radius which i must be able to change from within the application)

7) application needs to always run in background even after phone is restarted

8) Shortcut button with the mobile device power button - tap power button twice to create panic.

10) Registration page with the follwoing details:

Name,Surname,ID Number, Cell Phone Number, Address, Medical Conditions, Relative 1 contact number and Relative 2 contact number
