Develop a garbage collection app for Android

Dear Freelancers, We are looking for a skilled freelancer (with fluency in English) that can build us a so called ‘’garbage collection reminder app’’ for Android and iOS devices. It should be a simple and easy to understand app. NOTE: This briefing is only for the Android version! We’ll develop the iOS version later on. How the app should work: 1. When opening the app users will see a logo and below it a dropdown list where they can find/ fill in their address. 2. After they filled in their address the app will remember this address automatically and from then on, when they open the app they will see a page which says ‘’My Schedule’’. 3. On the ‘’My Schedule’’ page they will see ‘’Next collection: date, type of collection: Green bin, Regular garbage etc.’’ They will also see the schedule for the coming 6 weeks. (please see attached image) 4. In the middle of the schedule dates should be room for small text announcements. 5. Above in the corner there should be a menu icon. When clicked on this menu icon the user will see the menu of this app. The menu should consist of the following components: My Schedule, Change address, Report a problem, Settings. 6. For example, if a user clicks on, “Green Bin” they should see a page with an explanation of the set-out times and unacceptable items per type of collection. Requirements: • Backend admin panel • Notifications • Clear graphic design, you can use the basic Android design material. • Text announcements All the data in the app such as collection dates, texts and, addresses/ collection zones should be changeable via an admin backend panel. So, basically this app should be kept simple and understandable and should work like any other collection day reminder app. In the future, after this app has been developed, we’ll do some upgrades and updates on this app so if we like your way of working, we’ll hire you again.
