Create Quote tab & docu sign type form in Android application

We are looking for someone familiar with html5 and app development. Preferably someone with 2+ years experience who is a fast worker. We need someone who provides quality work as well as a competitive price. The Project. The DOPU App The dopu app is like a uber for moving truck rentals. The app gives users the ability to book a truck rental anywhere in the usa from their cell phone. Normally a customer would have to sign a contract before renting a truck. We need a tab created in our app where the user can read the contract and sign the contract digitally on their cell phones. See [login to view URL] for a reference. We also want a quote tab. once the potential customer fills out a quote, then they will be automatically given a price option based on what they selected when filling out the quote form. Then they pay and is redirected to the contract or contract tab where they can sign on their cell phones.
