Hi I am looking to built a proper mobile site for my current automotive website, this site is built on the following technology or in another word a combination of both technologies: A- Custom PHP - cake PHP framework B- Wordpress currently we are redesigning some of the pages and make it more user friendly. what I am looking for as follow: 1- 5 years of experience in mobile development and css and frame work such as cake php someone with extensive experience on building mobile site 2- experience in building mobile application 3- the site is dual languages english and arabic so experience with RTL 4- Site is multi-country targeting 5- Experience in SEO and must built with SEO in mind 6-mobile site must download fast and past google page page speed test 7- excellent skills is required in design and development 8- payment with be made based on milestones, no advance payment and will agree on the terms once we select the right person or company 9- you will be manage by our head of development and must follow our guidelines Please do not apply if you are one the following: 1- bad communications 2- does not respond for days 3- must prove you worked on mobile apps and site before we need to see you best project only your top 2 no more references 4- no automated email 5- less than 5 years of experience you can have a look at the site and await your feedback.
